The Château is an Australian heritage icon and its grand buildings, magnificent gardens and prime vineyards are owned by the Geber family who continue a century-old tradition of fine winemaking.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWine Making:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGrapes are picked in the night to retain cool temperatures and undergo pressing at 10 degrees. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel using selected yeast cultures and temperature controlled at less than 10 degrees. A portion of the wine has secondary fermentation in oak barrels for three months.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTasting note:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA full-bodied Chardonnay, displaying aromas of apricot, almond orange blossom. The floral notes are complemented by citrus and stone fruit flavours on the palate.
