4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Products will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, public holidays).
  • Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is delivered to your address.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA), customers are entitled to remedies if products are defective, damaged, or misrepresented.
  • We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery with a valid return request, subject to our review. Please submit a return request via the contact form.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 working days via the original payment method.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these Terms.
