Lobetia Bistro Sparkling Brut

VINIFICATION AND SERVING:

Lobetia Sparkling brut is made from organically grown grapes at the Dominio de Punctum estate. During the night, the grapes are harvested to keep their optimal temperature,
and they are also cold macerated before fermenting. We recommend service at 8ºC. You can pair it with any kind of fish, seafood or cheese. For example, try it with smoked salmon.
TASTING NOTES:

Clean and bright colour, with a greenish yellow tone. Exotic fruits like pineapple on the nose. Creamy bubble, full flavored, fresh, with good acidity, it recalls a tropical fruit bouquet.
