PROTOMALT Malt Extract (Contains Barley), Skimmed Milk (Cow’s Milk), Sugar, Cocoa, Vegetable Oil, Minerals (Dicalcium Phosphate, Disodium Phosphate, Ferric Pyrophosphate), Sweet Whey Powder, Vitamins (C, B3, D, B6, B2, B12).

Instruction:

Mix 6 teaspoons (30g) of MILO powder with 200ml of water and stir. You can add 2 teaspoons of skimmed milk powder for a milkier choice too.
